Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rootsy Drinks order. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rootsydrinks.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Change of Mind
As our products are food and drink items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under UK consumer law exceptions for perishable and consumable goods. Please ensure you review your order carefully before placing it.
Wholesale Orders
For wholesale customers, returns and refunds are subject to the terms agreed in your wholesale agreement. Please contact your account manager or email us directly to discuss any issues with your order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

UK Delivery
We ship across the United Kingdom. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Express delivery options may be available at checkout where applicable.
Wholesale & Trade Orders
Wholesale orders are dispatched on agreed schedules. Lead times and delivery arrangements for trade customers are confirmed at the point of order. Please contact us if you have specific delivery requirements.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Costs
