Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please use our contact form. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via our contact form if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can put it right.

Non-returnable items

As food products, our botanical infusions and nectars cannot be returned once opened. We are also unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch via our contact form if you have any questions about your specific order.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original (unopened) item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union — 14-day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unopened and in its original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us via our contact form.
