What Rootsy does
Rootsy supplies Signature Serve Kits to independent hospitality venues across the UK. Each kit pairs a premium loose leaf botanical tea infusion with a complementary botanical nectar — everything a café, hotel or restaurant needs to serve a stunning botanical drink at coffee-equivalent pricing.
Each Rootsy Signature Serve Kit contains 1kg of loose leaf botanical infusion and 1L of botanical nectar — enough for approximately 200 serves — along with a branded scoop and brew guide. Kits are available at rootsydrinks.com with a minimum order of two kits.

Rootsy Scarlet Orchard — Raspberry Botanical Tea Infusion paired with Morello Cherry Botanical Nectar. Bold, jewel-toned and deeply fruity.
Rootsy Wildflower Press — Rose & Hibiscus Botanical Tea Infusion paired with Pressed Raspberry Botanical Nectar. Fragrant, floral and bright.
Rootsy Forest Glade — Hedgerow Fruits & Elderberry Botanical Tea Infusion paired with Wild Strawberry Botanical Nectar. Earthy, complex and warming.
All three are naturally caffeine-free, vegan friendly and made from natural ingredients.
Where Rootsy comes from
Rootsy was founded by Stuart and Marta, the owners of Strawberry Grove — two independent cafés in Marlow and Lane End, Buckinghamshire. With over a decade of experience running independent hospitality venues, the Rootsy founders developed and refined the botanical serve programme in their own cafés before bringing it to the wider market.
The botanical serves in the Rootsy range today are the same serves that Strawberry Grove customers order every day. Rootsy is not a theoretical product. It is a proven one.
Rootsy Drinks — the product detail
Every Rootsy product starts with premium botanical ingredients sourced from an established European botanical producer with decades of expertise in growing, drying and blending botanicals to a consistently high standard.
Rootsy infusions are made from whole fruit and botanicals — aronia berry, hibiscus, elderberry, raspberry, rosehip, rose petals, bilberry, hawthorn — grown in Poland and imported to the UK, where Rootsy handles all labelling, packing and dispatch.
Rootsy nectars are crafted from pressed fruit juices — Morello cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry — balanced to complement rather than overwhelm the infusion they're paired with.
Every Rootsy product is naturally caffeine-free, vegan friendly and made from natural ingredients. No artificial flavourings. No shortcuts.
The Rootsy serve
The Rootsy serve method is simple by design. Add one scoop of Rootsy Botanical Nectar to a mug. Brew one heaped scoop of Rootsy infusion in a mug or infuser with 100°C water for six minutes. Pour the infusion over the nectar and serve. Optional: finish with a cinnamon stick or dried fruit garnish to elevate the presentation.
That's it. No specialist equipment. No barista training required. Any member of staff can produce a consistent, premium Rootsy serve from day one.
